The idea of teaching in the tv show Glee has Sue Sylvester, a truly unfair and arrogant teacher that has a "my way or the highway" attitude. No matter how many times justice finds its way in the system, she is never fired but still manages to rid of the good teachers such as Will Schuester or the principal who all have no wrong doing but merely threat her system of anarchy.
