There are two related questions about torture that are being argued all across the globe. The first being the obvious question, is it moral to torture someone if the purpose is moral? The second being, should torture be legalized and if so what do is torture defined as? Cory Doctorow makes an interesting orginal arguement agaisnt the legalization of torture.
