Emma Goldman, Anarchisim, and Anarcho-Feminism
The author probably used Emma Goldman in the poster because what she did was much like what Marcus had done in the story so far. She was an anarcho-feminist, meaning a combination of anarchisim and feminisim. She fought for her freedom, seeing the state as harmful and unnessecary. She was even sent to prison for two years for trying to induce persons not to register for the newly induced draft. Just like how Marcus is scared of re-capture and imprisonment for trying to create a movement to stop a currupt government. She fought for her freedom, so the author probably saw it a perfect chance to use her image for Marcus to look up to in admiration.
